Services and pricing

Three ways to work together, with the prices in the open.

Most engagements start with the audit, because it is the only one that tells us both whether the rest is worth doing. Everything is remote, and you work with me directly.

In detail

What happens during the two weeks

The audit is a working engagement, not a questionnaire. I spend the time inside your business, and the output is specific enough to act on the day you get it.

Week one: find the work

  • Interviews with a lead from each function: sales, marketing, support, finance, operations, legal or compliance, HR, and IT.
  • A look at the systems you actually run and how data moves between them, including the spreadsheets nobody admits to.
  • A review of what AI tools are already in use, what they cost, and what they are producing.

Week two: rank it and cost it

  • Every opportunity scored on value, effort, and risk, then ranked against the others.
  • A build-versus-buy call on each one, with the reasoning written down rather than asserted.
  • Cost to build and cost to run, per item, including model spend.
  • A governance baseline: data access, tool policy, and what should never leave your systems.
  • A 90-day plan, and a walkthrough with your leadership team.

What you end up owning

A written findings document and roadmap that is yours. If you take it to another firm, or hand it to your own team, that is a perfectly good outcome and it happens.

Good fit

  • 20 to 500 employees
  • Someone accountable for the outcome, ideally in the room
  • A real business process that is slow, manual, or expensive
  • Willingness to hear that a favourite idea ranks last

Poor fit

  • Looking for a slide deck to satisfy a board
  • Wanting a specific tool installed without asking whether it helps
  • No budget for implementation after the audit
  • Needing a full team on site

Scope

Every function is in scope

The ranking is what matters here. These are the areas I assess, and the first project is chosen by what returns most for the effort, not by which department asked loudest.
